OATMEAL DROP COOKIES
These cookies were made often
by Fritzie Humphrey
for her family. The recipe was given to her
by her Mother, Laura Robinson
This recipe was sent by Larry Humphrey

Mix:
1/2 cup soft shortening
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
6 TBSP molasses
Stir in:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins [ I add more]
Sift together and add:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Place on a cookie sheet by the teaspoon full---
Bake 400 degrees 8 - 10 minutes
